Wizarding Ball Saturday, 21 July, 2007?

CVD is considering hosting a Harry Potter themed ball on the evening of Saturday, 21 July, 2007. We'd have "authentic" traditional wizardly dances (based on some form of traditional dances); formal robes would probably be encouraged but optional. We're thinking there might be a reading corner for people who are having trouble tearing themselves away from the book enough to dance. The event would be emphatically spoiler-free for the new novel.

Who'd be interested in coming out to such an event in the Boston area?

That sounds like fun, and I can manage robes more easily than corsets... I'd come if I can. (My work has two trade shows that weekend, so there's about a 50/50 chance I'll be tied up.)
